Call or text (971) 217-9966. We'll respond within 24 hours for critical incidents — via text or call to the mobile number you provide. All requests are confidential.

Deployment Information Needed: 

1. Name of your organization and contact person;

2. Good call back/text number;

3. Location and type of incident;

4. Mention if your organization has an MoU* with NATIONAL.

Office Hours & Location

When NATIONAL Crisis Response Canines strike teams deploy to a critical incident, our office hours are 24/7 for the duration of the incident. Otherwise, our hours are Monday - Friday, 9-4 ET.

Our "office" is wherever people are hurting. It’s wherever we can get an internet connection to our phones and laptops. It’s the car, train, bus, boat, deuce and a half, plane or other transport we’re riding in on the way to the scene. It’s a tent at a FEMA base camp, a homeless shelter, a hotel room, or the floor of the gate area at an airport. It's wherever we need to be.
